An established Industrial & Logistics real estate agent and property professional with over 37 years experience in a wide spectrum of property sectors, and specialising in the industrial,  warehouse & logistics sales and letting throughout South East London & Kent trading as Landswift Consulting.

In my roles with previous companies and  Landswift I  have acted for a range of private individuals, public bodies, local authorities, government and educational clients, property & pension funds, residential developers and Prop Co's, as well as private landlords and tenants that include NHS Trusts, Local Authrorities, SEGRO, CBREGI, Prologis, Mirastar, RailPen, Orchard Street, LA Salle, Wrenbridge, Marchmont IM, Caisson IM, Family offices and Private Trusts, and the Metropolitan Police.

As South East London & Kent continues to be developed I have worked with both developers and tenants alike, providing the relocation strategy on Charlton Riverside for Rockwell Land, and subsequently acquired The 16 acre VIP Industrial Estate and Stone Foundries for KSP/Patrizia.

I have been involved with almost every new build scheme that has come forward in the South East London & Kent market and have a wealth of contacts and knowledge that has secured my clients a market advantage with off market acquisitions of land and property including a number of sites within the waste and recycling sectors.
